Refund Policy

​Thank you for shopping with US Electric Motors Sales & Service. We value your business and strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for standard, unused electric motors within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The motor must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • A copy of the original receipt or invoice must be provided.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued before any return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-built, modified, or special-order motors.

  • Motors that have been used, installed, or altered.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or electrical issues beyond our control.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee may apply to returned motors unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery if you receive a defective or incorrect motor. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

California Consumer Rights

This policy is in accordance with California law. It does not affect your statutory rights under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act or other applicable consumer protection laws.
