Limited Warranty on Repairs

US Electric Motors Sales & Service warrants that all parts and labor performed during repairs are free from defects under normal use and proper maintenance. This limited warranty applies only when the equipment is installed, operated, and maintained according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.

During the warranty period, if any part or workmanship is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected part(s) at no cost to the customer.

120-Day Warranty Period

All repairs performed by US Electric Motors Sales & Service are covered by a 120-day limited warranty, beginning on the date of equipment pick-up or delivery.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

• External causes such as accidents, power surges, or environmental conditions

• Repairs, modifications, or service performed by anyone other than US Electric Motors Sales & Service

• Normal wear and tear or consumable components

US Electric Motors Sales & Service is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from repair issues not directly related to the parts or labor we performed.
